We use cultured pearls from oysters and freshwater mussels that we carefully select for our pieces. Pearls are sensitive in nature, so don’t forget to treat them with love.

We promise to get your order to you as fast as we safely can. But due to the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays.

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-14 business days. Most orders are received within 1 - 2 weeks after you received your shipping conformation email. International orders usually take 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

How to Clean Pearls:

1. After every wear, wipe your pearls with a soft cloth. This will help prevent any buildup of oils or other substances that may have come in contact with your jewelry throughout the day.

2. Clean with a damp cloth only as needed. If your pearls are visibly stained, you can mix a solution of lukewarm water and mild dish soap, dip a soft cleaning cloth in it and wipe the pearls. Do NOT submerge a pearl necklace in water, as it will weaken the silk thread.

3. Let them dry all the way before storing. Again, this helps preserve the elasticity of the silk strand.

Pro Tip: Never clean pearls with a steam or ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Both of these methods are likely to damage the outer layer of the pearl.
